Will Mitchell has been a criminal defense attorney at Brennan Sullivan & McKenna since the firm's inception. Prior to that, he attended the University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland, where he earned his juris doctor degree in 2004. Mr. Mitchell is also a 1998 graduate of University of Maryland, College Park, where he earned degrees in sociology and criminology.
Mr. Mitchell was admitted to the Maryland state bar in 2006, and in 2007 he was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Mr. Mitchell devotes the majority of his practice to defending persons charged with crimes, trying cases in state and federal courts, and working to vindicate the rights of those who have been convicted on appeal. In addition, Mr. Mitchell represents clients involved in complex civil litigation in Maryland state courts.
